RecommendedThe staff at Pet Smart are so kind and helpful. And our groomer Lisa is so caring and does such a good job with our curly doodle Daisy. We highly recommend her !
Some groomers clearly kno nothing about the animals they groom… n I witnessed a young groomer SCREAMING in a dogs face who was simply scared of the process!! NEVER again after years of taking my dog there will we return. I will say the lady who normally grooms him is amazing but the treatment I got today from a total A Hole should not be acceptable!!!! No response to why you had a live parakeet in the dumpster. Train your employees on animal cruelty prevention. This is why pets shouldn't be sold for profit. Because it ALWAYS leads to animal cruelty!
I don't know her name since she didn't bother to wear one, but after my encounter with the short brunette with large plastic framed glasses, I'll be taking our pet business elsewhere!! I've never been treated so disrespectfully before!!
RecommendedMy puppy’s trainer for puppy school was great. She even let us all know during the Covid19 shutdown that we could text or call her if we had questions about our puppies behavior and training during that time! We will probably be signing up for intermediate classes. Thanks so much for everything Leslie! Teresa

It was my first visit to the grooming salon with my 2 month old Morkiepoo... she was extremely nervous... her groomer was Kimberly and Josie seemed pretty comfortable with her and she looked so cute when I picked her up... but I did pay for a bow or bandana and she had neither on... They do need someone to clean up the hair more often... it was literally everywhere including out in the store and blowing in the entrance
Amazing grooming team! Great group of people that provide amazing service! Will definitely be back!
