I've lived all over, and while all PetSmart employees are super nice, the canton location not only always remembers me, but if I don't bring my dog in they'll ask where she's at and talk to me. When I first adopted Garnet my shepherd/husky she was in poor health. The staff there not only shopped with me for things to make her feel at home, but each time I went back to try new foods to help with her skin condition, or other health concerns they'd remember and always try and spend time with me to find what was right for her. Their grooming is literally terrible. Asked for the pawdicure which includes nail grinding, ear and dental cleaning. Didn’t clean my dogs teeth and when they “cleaned” her ears all they did was cut them up and leave scabs all in her ears. My poor baby, her nails weren’t done correctly either and she’s been whimpering in pain. Horrible services. I’m highly pissed. If I could put “0” stars, I would for the grooming services here! The lady that was going to groom our Maltese was EXTREMELY RUDE to me! Our dogs hair had gotten so matted on his belly and few places on his legs; the groomer kept saying they were going to “shave” him! She was not even going to attempt anything other then shave!! Thank GOD that I walked out and refused to have him groomed there.......went to Shaggy Paws and got better results then I could have even imagined! DO NOT GET FISH THERE TILL THEY FIND OUT WHY THEIR FISH ALL DIE I went there Sunday to buy fish I went home got them used to the water did everything like I always did with in an hour one was dead I took it back and got a new one the next day I wake up and go to feed them like every day i had one floating and 3 stuck to my filter I took them back and then they tried saying it was my water and did all these water test first they did it wrong and I had to do it second it was the same as their water now the next day I've got an... read more

I went to Pet Supermarket to "return" something so I could buy dog food as I had lost my job recently and had no cash. I saw an African American girl at a booth representing Bayer Vet Products and asked her if she might know of any organizations that help people short term with dog food. She offered some great suggestions and gave me some coupons. As I was walking up to purchase a small bag of dog food she came up to me and insisted I take some cash from her. Very poor customer service. I ordered something online last night. According to the email that I received, my order was to be ready by the next business day. I drove over 30 minutes to the store, and when I asked for my item, they said that it was all sold out. The very rude girl that was in charge of getting online pick up orders told me that there was a "computer problem" and everything "got mixed up". As always, the employees are very nice and helpful. I cannot imagine taking my doggie to another pet store, veterinary and training facility.
