Today I purchased a Betta tank, supplies and a Betta and the employee Emily was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. She made the experience quick, easy and painless. I left with everything that I needed for our new Betta and a beautiful healthy looking halfmoon betta fish. I was very happy leaving the store and it was because Emily made the experience. Thank you to her for her quality work!!
You could improve by actually doing your job. Having corners of dead fish in multiple tanks is not acceptable. Not selling your live rodents for feeders when you also sell ball pythons and other snakes is also not acceptable. I will never spend another penny with your company

I went there to but a fish and the refuse to sell me a fish because my tank was not big enough. It was a small fish less than 2 inches. My tank is a 20 gallon tank and they want you to have a 29 gallon. they refused to sell me the fish.
Most of the staff is great. I try to find the staff I like to help me & they are very knowledgeable.
