RecommendedThis review is specifically for the grooming department (although the general manager of the store was involved as well). Our dog was injured while waiting for her turn at the grooming department; in their care not ours. The staff at Petsmart automatically put our dog’s health above all else when they couldn’t tell how bad the wound was. A staff member personally drove our dog to the animal hospital so she could be looked at, while we were notified by phone. If you are buying for your reptiles the mealworms. Everytime there is always less than or more than half that are dead.

The manager at this store is just awesome! He always greets his customers with a cheerful attitude and a smile, he is kind and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make his customers happy! thank you for letting my puppy come and pick out a toy
I went in yesterday to buy a hamster!! No idea what I wanted or needed. The staff was extremely helpful!! Gave me recommendations, tips and made sure I had everything I needed for my new friend. Even after I was all set with the hamster and we were wandering around the store browsing, anytime a team member passed they asked us if we needed anything. It was a wonderful experience.

Emily in the grooming department does an amazing job! Not only does she make my pup look amazing, she makes him feel amazing! I would highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who enjoys what she does and does it with a passion! Your dog will love her just as much as mine does! ❤️
