I just wanted to let Petsmart and Management there know that they have lost my business as of today!! Your dealings with Lin Fox and Forgotten Tails Rescue is a shame, you all know what this lady has done, it's been all over the news and yet today you told those passing out flyers to BRING ZEUS HOME that they couldn't do so!! Shame on y'all for still associating with this lady and rescue, I'm going to make sure I write Corporate about this too. I'll do my shopping at Petco and Tractor Supply.

When making the appointment my wife decided not to make the appointment. The lady asked why to which my wife replied that we were having tye daughters birthday party. The lady says no problem. "Have the dog in at 3:30 and she will be done by 4:30 - 5:00. Reassured by this my wife made the appointment. At 4:30 i show up to get the dog and the do wasnt ready. Well, at 6:40 the dog was ready and I was going to be over two hours late for mt daughter's birthday party. THANKS PETSMART!
