RecommendedOn one hand, I recommend PetSmart because some of the employees are awesome but on the other hand, the manager, she's clueless and really doesn't want to take anything into consideration. We rescued a Chinchilla who not only miserable but his dietary needs and gastrointestinal issues we're almost hitting rock bottom. My dogs loves Every employee that works at colonial heights Petsmart .They're very grateful ,helpful and very nice. They were always there for me And all my animals. In all departments they're Dog trainer was very wonderful with my dog. My rating is 10 stars. There Great........... And wonderful......
I signed up for puppy obedience classes and they were supposed to call me for further details about the class and they never called me. Classes started last week!
They have no employees no one to help you in the store they don’t want to make money. I want to buy a extra large dog house and no one came to help me I even went to front no one was in the store the cashier said employees called out.

They did a great job on both of my dogs this morning. my little dog missy who is 2 went for the first time and Lauren was great with her. pup pup is use to it so had no problem either. I highly recommend the Pet Smart in Colonial Heights! 5STARS
One Weeks notification by phone scheduled express haircut for Libby. Changed all my plans arrived 20 minutes early. They said no express this time of day 5:00 PM. Manager came in salon, I didn’t hear her say anything except agree with employees. They blamed it on a new employee. The blame game !! You lost a great customer! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I’m not one to complain about services on a public site, but you have truly lost my service for good. Last night my dad came in to buy 36 crickets and a tube of fruit flies. He received the flies at a discount because they were DEAD except 2. The crickets I used 12 immediately, the remaining I saved for later use. I wake up this morning and the rest are dead.
