DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE!!! Absolutely ridiculous wait time. They took 2 and half hours just to do a bath and nail trim! No extravagant cuts or shaves nothing. Literally just a bath and nail trim. Takes maybe 20 minutes for me. On a puppy.... AND WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. And when we asked about it, the groomers were extremely rude. I WISH I COULD GIVE IT 0. It took them 4hrs to groom my short haired small dog. They had nothing but excuses. I dropped my dog off at 9am. Walked around for 4hrs. Came back and he still wasn't ready. This place is a discrace.
So tired of coming here and they never have crickets. I have been told different days when they come in and every time I come they NEVER have any.. Sucks when this is the closest one to me and it's a 20 min drive..
