If you're in search of a groomer, I highly recommend Sarah! She took the time to discuss the specific cut/style and did a fabulous job! Most importantly, my girls were handled with loving care! � Thank you, Sarah! Wish I could post the pic of Sarah and my girls!
I am normally very satisfied but did not like this most recent grooming visit the cut was bad in my opinion
My dog enjoyed his visit every Saturday for socialization, staff are friendly! They provide water and disposable cup/bowl for Free! Been a Petsmart constumer for more than 5 years now and counting! Dissapointed one time of the groomers but you can choose now whos going to handle your baby and thats what did for almost a year now!
Not a fan of the grooming services but I love the store.
I like the selection of the store. But when it comes to pictures with Santa I was not impressed. Why would I want to come to get my pets picture with Santa if I have to take it with my phone? I waited in line for that. I won't ever do that again.
I work in the fish department and register I love my job and have worked there for 3+ years and can't wait to continue working there for years to come �� we give great customer service and we value our customers and the care of our animals

If I had not already left Petsmart several months ago, I would leave now because of your constant support and relationship with Lin Fox and Forgotten Tails Rescue. Her criminal record and information on file with the VA Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services speaks for.it self. Yet, you still continue to allow her on site. Additionally, you asked the family of Zeus to leave the premises when they were handing out fliers IN THE PARKING LOT, trying to find their boy. You are a joke.
