Our 15 1/2 year-old dog died yesterday. We wanted to return all the canned food we'd bought for him to get him to eat. Your associates made us feel horrible. Horrible. So now we are on our way to Lakewood. Perhaps Cory should have shown more sympathy to someone who'd just lost their beloved best friend.
I just left there because they wouldn't let me use coupons I found online for a bag of free dog food. So then I sign up for their petperks just to get the coupons sent straight to my email and they they told me I wouldn't even get the ones that already went out. This is ridiculous, horrible customer service.
Very abusive towards their animals. Incredibly disturbing
They were okay, dropped my pup off no problem. I asked for the the special furmanator bath (because my dog constantly sheds). Came back a few hours later and my pup was ready to go, they told me what she needs to work on (she hates her feet getting touched) and that I could probably alternate the furmanator bath with regular bath to make it a little better on the pocketbook. Pretty good but when I pet her I was getting loose hairs already. Could just be shed season, I'll have her brushed longer next time �
I took my dog to Petsmart for grooming today, 7/25. When I dropped him off he was perfectly fine. They called me a few hours later saying he "suddenly" started limping. They claimed to have taken him to the vet at Banefield to have him looked over. They told me their vet said it must be from an old injury, like a torn ACL. He doesn't have any old injuries! They sell dangerous garbage that you should never give your pets. Don't trust petsmart they WILL kill your pets with there faulty products.
