RecommendedMy handsome Huskies fresh from the groomers. Sam always does a great job with Kenai; today was Kai’s first time and she said he acted like a pro. Kenai and Kai both “talked” the whole time, normally Kenai is very quiet there and just gives Sam kisses.
While at the check stand, being a compromised human, I asked the clerk if they wiped down the keypad after every customer. She said they used to but the moisture was getting under the glass. So I guess it's better to kill people than to have moisture in your keypad. If you use wipes, that doesnt happen. I guess if they could care less if I live or die, I must not be a valued customer. Wont be back, ever. Thats what I get for leaving home. 😔
First trip to PetSmart.... great staff, great store!
do not go to the grooming salon. they offer walk in services, but I just stood at the desk waiting for an associate for 20 minutes. all while I can here them in the back talking and laughing. the phone even rang and they didn't answer it. ridiculous. definitely taking my business elsewhere
I scheduled my 2 dogs on Thursday night to be groomed on Friday morning. A couple hours later they called said they are ready to pick up. Went paid the bill took the dogs to the car and while lifting them in I noticed the big nick my dog had on her back side. Well the first time 3 months ago was a smaller spot so I gave them another chance as most of the time I have had good luck there.
