We have no complaints about our local PetSmart and we are glad to have it as an additional option to shop at for our fur baby!
I adopted my cat here in January and I am so thrilled to have her in my life! She makes me laugh every single day. Can't say enough good things about my experience. I wish I could adopt all of the cats, but really I'm the lucky one cuz Dingbat is the coolest cat of all ❤️
Very unhappy with grooming. We got the furrminator treatment only to leave with excessive shedding still. One pet leaves your hand full of furr. Why did I pay $54 to leave in the same condition? Also when speaking to employees about the problem I was mocked by the grooming associate. We won't be back.....
Very selective on the pets they will allow in store. Was told to leave store immediately with our baby capuchin monkey. Won't be buying cages, treats, leashes and other necessities for them from here. All the way from Florida the PetSmart stores we stopped at were happy to see us, except this one.
