People at my local store are nice. Just a upset that the only coupons that go out are for cats and dogs..
Worst customer service ever. They could care a less if they did business or not. Too many other places to go for our pets needs
Very disappointed at the unfriendly needs of it employees..She used her nails to dig out goldfish out of the net..I thought about not even paying for those fish she had got..But my son really wanted those fish..By the time I made it home(about 20 minutes after leaving the store) 12 of those fish had died..I definitely won't b buying fish from u guys until I can find someone who can properly remove a fish from a net
Very unhappy!! The so called manager Jerry is a piece of shit. They post the prices for us there customers right? And for them not 2 honor them is false advertisement. I don't recommend anyone to shop there I sure won't go back!!!
