More proactive staff willing to help
I went to pet smart friday 5/8/20 in Joplin and looked around. I couldn't find staff to assist me find what I was looking for, and the staff I did find seemed to busy to knowledge my existence, so I attempted to call the store TWICE. both times it rang for 7-10 minutes before someone answered. They answered it, but didnt talk to me. I could hear them talking in the background, then after a minute or so of me saying "hello, hello, I have a question" they just simply hung up on me. this happened twice in a row. it's sad to thi... read more
Training class and instructor Emilee were great! Everyone is always very friendly! They have so many things to choose from for most pet products. They have a full wall of fish, and a variety of animals to become a part of your family! It made me really wish to also have an aquarium!💕🐶💞🐠🐡🐟🐰🐹🐭🐱🐶💕💞
Worst place ever drove 2 hours to buy fish to get no service but everyone around me did waited 25 minutes
It's a chain pet store, so it definitely plays to that. I take my dog to the training classes there, as there really aren't any as available here. Emilie does awesome with my Roxy and the dogs I see her work with. we signed up for Intermediate just after finishing our beginner class. Roxy and I still have a lot of work to do, but these classes have helped!
RecommendedThe girls in the fish department are very helpful and wonderful. Since I am a repeated shopper, they pretty know what I am looking for.
I went into this store today to look at the bettas and was very disappointed. Not a single one of them was healthy. They all were pale and sick and half of them had severe fin rot and barely even had fins left. They even still had a couple dead ones on the shevles.
