There is NO coin shortage and if you don't have the exact change or a card to use they will KEEP your change as a donation which is illegal. RUDE cashiers there too.
Very rude. I don’t have email so they refused to give me sale price on items on sale. Plus the clerk was rude. I can get the same items on Amazon so I will never go to the Joplin store again.
Just went in store and couldn't find the product I was looking for.Ask clerk who was checking customers out if he could call someone to help me. He replied no not now.I left and will never go back.
Very upset I bought 2 angel fish and 2 Plecos, asked if they can go in the same tank they said they could well my angel fish died because of nipped fins from the plecos. Now my beta fish is dead cleaned the and made sure everything was like it was suppose too. Thanks for wasting my money DO NOT GO TO PETSMART FOR FISH YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Contacted support and they want you to bring in your dead animals absolutely ridiculous
Recommendedfriendly and knowledgeable people! Always welcoming to my Rat Terrier Bitzy and myself! Always a good experience shopping here. The manager obviously knows what she's doing and who she's hiring! If they don't have it, they'll tell you where you can get it.
Erin in the Grooming Salon is fantastic. She takes such good care of both my little guys
been coming into the store weekly to see if they have the carbon filter insert. for my turtle clean 30 lady said she would be giving my informstion to the manager to call me and that was a week ago and now today its whenever they come in good luck. really im gonna start ordering my stuff online if you can't keep a product. in stock
went to petsmart to get my money back on an oscar fish i bought at the price of $8.99 plus tax, oscar died and im given $8.30 with tax included in that price for store credit, thats fine,EXCEPT i was cheated an told that the fish i bought was on sale so i get the store credit for the sales price an not what i paid....then proceed to tell me the priceof the oscar had been same price all month...........ummm, i do beleive i know how much i paid along with the 3 other people in which that was with me the day i purchased it
PETSMART also doesn’t allow off leash SErvice dogs in a down stay by you! 🙃🙃🙃 which is ILLEGAL!!!!! If a leash effects the dog working you do NOT have to use one per FEDERAL LAW. 🛑 THEY HAVE NO ISSUES ALLOWING OUT OF CONTROL DOGS OFF LEASH IN STORE FOR “TRAINING CLASSES” to practice “stay”! 🙄 The manager stated “even wheelchair people have to use flexi leashes” That’s not even correct!!
