I have never had bad service here until today. It is frustrating when you post a sign that says "save time, avoid lines, order online" only for it to take me 30 minutes to pick up 1 item. I'm sure her name is Danielle (as I heard other employees talking about they would get yelled at by her if they didn't do something her way) but she had complete horrible customer service. Not impressed by her. As I've said though she is the only one I've encountered at this location with bad service.
Terrible experience today with the grooming salon! There was an older lady, long brown hair with big glasses and has her hair tied back that treated our chihuahua mix absolutely awful! I couldn't believe her attitude and they way she cared for our dog. She bent down to take Lily so aggressively and of course, Lily not knowing the lady, jumped back. We then picked Lily up and handed her to the lady and she proceeded to drag Lily across the grooming floor to get her to the table! So, so awful! You should not let people like th... read more
