I boarded my dog there over the holiday. he was experiencing diarrhea while there. I am grateful the petshotel staff took him to the vet, but they sent him home with his backside encrusted in feces!! his ear had a brown crusty substance, as well, which I hope was just food. this is unacceptable! I will never be back and I'm telling all of my social media and friends about this experience. completely unacceptable!!
RecommendedLiv and Abby are the groomers my two 7 month old newfiedoodle puppies see and they are AMAZING. They’re so loving, patient, and caring towards the pups and so kind to me. The puppies are always greeted with a smile and tons of pets and come out so fresh and clean. I’ve been coming to this petsmart and Banfield for all my pets for the last 9 years and it’s the best. The groomers are aggressive and impatient - borderline abusive. JJ and watch for yourselves. Do NOT drop your dog off herewith these people. After expressing my concerns over what I witnessed, to the manager on duty, she could have cared less! THIS is why we see so many horror stories from these stores. Absolutely unacceptable.
Everyone I encountered here is SO nice and helpful.
Telling people they can’t go in to the cat cage without even asking if they’re interested in adopting was extremely rude. Especially when you do it to a three year old girl. We’ll take our business elsewhere.
Our dog, Thor, brings so much joy, exercise, and laughter into our lives. Petsmart in Roseville treats him with the same affection and care that we give him.
