Horrible treatment and customer disservice to not accept a United States Army Veteran and his service dog, for grooming at this location with his handler, after making an appointment 24 hours in advance and driving 60 miles to get here. Bless our vets and their service dogs, but do not take your pets to Petsmart.
I would like to thank the staff that assisted us with adopting Jade. The process was long because we came unprepared but everyone had patience & answered all our questions. I'm very happy to say that within 1 hour of letting Jade out of the carrier, she hid under the bed, explored the house & had jumped up to lay in bed with us. No attitude since she has been here. I don't think it will take long to get through the adjustment period. Thanks again for all your help & we will keep you all updated on Jade.
Nice place with a friendly atmosphere, the people are very helpful and if they don't know an answer or can't help they try to do the best they can.
The customer service is bad one. Lady named Natalie told me she couldn't help she was already past her shift . However a man name matt . Was very help with my question for the GS troop.
