I absolutely love this store. We've been I'm Minnesota about 2 1/2 years and was told that this was a great store. The store staff are ALWAYS knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They've even looked for things over the phone without me asking! My dogs love the clean and comfortable atmosphere. Bonus, free Santa photos! With this being said, We will never ever use their grooming services again. Thank you to Knotty Paws in Sartell for picking up where the grooming at Petsmart failed miserably. I took Pacha (13) and Tallulah (1 1/2) in on Friday evening to get a birthday spa day for Pacha's birthday...The groomers were wonderful with my girls and gave Pacha a birthday bandana :) They did a great job!
Always a pleasant experience. Staff are super friendly & helpful. Management is also awesome. All are knowledgeable about animals & their needs. Love the sales too!!

My very first experience at PetSmart in Waite Park was excellent thanks to an amazing employee named heidi. I was getting fish for my 10gallon fish tank & had a million questions, Heidi was not only VERY knowlegable about literally everything that came to fish & tanks & food but also great at upselling products that tanks should have! Thank you Heidi for making this experience easy & fun!!

This review is regarding pet grooming. We had been having our pet groomed at Petsmart for the past seven years. Today, we were told she isn't welcome back because it is getting difficult for her to stand for the entire appointment. Her apts take two hours, so I'm sure it is hard for her. She has epilepsy from the abuse she incurred by her former owners. The lack of compassion we received from Jess, the grooming slain supervisor was disappointing and made us very sad.
