I have to break this up into sections to explain this scoring. Grooming - 0 stars AWFUL!!! I used to take my service dog in to get a bath and his nails trimmed. EVERY TIME I would make an appointment, they would tell me I've never been there. Or they don't have him in the system. And EVERY TIME I would tell them, "you have my dog under some other customer that I've never heard of". Of course, they can't be wrong, so it was my fault. Wondering when I should come when competent workers are scheduled. Takes 3 times longer to get the correct prices than to shop through the store. Instead of asking me if I need help every 5 minutes while shopping, maybe do a better job being cashiers and knowing sales.

My dad brought my two lovely dogs in for a cleaning, and nail clippings, and one needed his shots, last time my dogs went here, they hurt one of my dogs nails by cutting it wayyyy, wayyyy too short! So my dad asked nicely if they could be a little more careful and the girl yelled at my dad saying something about it had to hold your damn dog down while they clipped his nails. My dad did not like the tone she gave him. We will not be coming back! Very very rude.
Pet grooming department was absolutely wonderful with our pups! So happy with how my dogs' grooming went and how great they look. Definitely going back again!
