Wonderful experience for my baby Bear
Some of the associates were dumb, like they were teenagers that didn’t know what they were talking about. However, the training experience was awesome! My dog’s instructor was very knowledgeable & both my dog & myself took a lot out of the course. I plan on continuing her training at PetSmart, as well as grooming. Her nails were trimmed in a short time, for a reasonable price.
I had my dog William groomed there. He looks fantastic. And is so happy. We are very pleased with the service we received. Thank you Kelly!! You are a great groomer!!

when the PetSmart in Monticello takes two to two and a half hours to pamper cut dry and all the other stuff with our dog and then you come to the one here in waitePark and they're done in 45 minutes there's something wrong something is not getting done and she does not smell as clean as he would in Monticello when we get him back
Where do I start. The Horrible staff of pet smart had lied to me and my fiancé as we purchased our cat, telling me that for 30days the shelter would cover any vet visits or problems that occurred with the cat. Needless to say they didn’t after I told them my cat had many illnesses that ended up costing $200 and when I talked to the manager and then her manager they had both said they would get back to me the following Monday.
