The night manager (big black lady) here is RACIST and RUDE! She refused to uphold the store return policies clearly printed on the receipt, cursed and name called both me and my girlfriend, and told us there was nothing we can do about the way she was acting to us because she is the “manager”. Hi I have a Great Dane puppy, Odin. We are enrolled at the training classes with trainer Shannon. She has been absolutely amazing with Odin. Her patience and knowledge has really helped. We have done puppy and intermediate classes, and are now enrolled in advanced class as well as the therapy dog class. You get what you pay for and more. I just bought 2 white small fish from this store not even a good week ago. Now all my dang fish in my tank are dying. I've had these fishes for a year and now all of a sudden I'm waking up to another dead fish. Something is terrible wrong with this store fish
enjoy their events and sample days! I got to color a doggie cookie yesterday and when we got home she loved it! she usually doesn't like those cookies. she also loved the chew stick wrapped in bacon. sample days are great so we can try new foods. last month we got a new healthier dog food with a coupon and she loves it!

RecommendedI want to give a huge shoutout to the team that helped me today. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got new lights that worked for my fish tank. Back story bought a 55 gal tank less than 6 months ago and the leds light were not working right the last week. Went in today and they got new ones out, turns out those also were defective. They made sure I was taken care of. Much love guys.
My cashier Rory was amazing. I'm pregnant and he was kind enough to help me to my car. I really appreciate his kindness, not only did he load my heavy items for me but helped resolve my issue with a return as well!!
I work with Wild Blue and we do our Adoption Fairs here on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, and we have our kitties in the adoption cages at the front of the store. The manager Rory is amazing and the store-staff go above and beyond to help our rescue get kitties adopted 😽❤️
