I went by on Sunday morning to only have my dog's nail trimmed, which no appointment is needed. The advertised grooming hours are 8-6. However, I was told I'd have to wait until 10 am to be helped because there were no registers open. I've been there several times on Saturday morning before the store opens with no problem. Maybe they should train their employees to work the register or else change the advertised grooming hours. Not happy that I drove there only to be turned away. Need to up their customer service.
I live in Centre, al and I had to drive 1.5 hrs just to find out the fish I bought from there were all sick! Never!
Today I bought over $100 worth of pet supplies and get home and the Picks Pet Gummi had been opened. I live over 30 mins away. I also had decided to my Frontline Plus onlin because in the store they are priced $111.00 and online (yes the same dosage) is $62.00. Since they seem to have better prices online anyway, I will not be back to this store. I refuse to deal with rude associates and merchandise that should never be put on the shelf. I will never from Pet smart again.

Grooming salon needs lots of work!!! Never received a phone call to pick up my pup. Robert the man who groomed my dog, needs to step up his social and grooming skills. I basically paid $40 bucks for them to shave her. Barely groomed her head. Amd tail wasnt even touched!! Was handed a "report card" for her visit, and the comments were very rude!!!!
