The groomers refused to pick up the dog from outside the door to the store, contrary to what their website and phone message says, so that the pet owner does not have to go into the store.
I was just in the Oxford store, and evidently I was on the wrong side of the blue tape while trying to look at fish to purchase. The lady working in that department rudely snapped at me and told me to move, no courtesy, no respect, just rudely snapped. There was a better way she should have approached me. April 18, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. this store lost a very loyal and frequent customer.

I do recommend them but the dog pen we bought from them is a nightmare was most expensive cause they dont carry the cheaper one in that store and then the fencing is unraveled from the top and bottom so nightmare trying to put it back together. but I do love other products from this store.
Nicholas was AWESOME helping us pick out a gerbil and all the extras for my 9 year old! Even when I’m pretty sure we sounded insane with all the questions!! Thank you thank you!!!!!
