absolutely best staff and amazing animals. all the animals including fish are healthy. I've adopted the bebe parrot and it is the sweetest bird ever! highly reccomend. I've been to several petsmart in surrounding cities and even georgia petsmart and this one is the best guaranteed.

Never have enough live food in stock for my reptiles. It is worth the extra thirty minutes drive to Petco in Gadsden to make sure I'm not wasting a trip.

I am so blessed to have this as my current job. All of the employees are so kind and I’m truly glad that I get to help with taking care of the sweet babies that we sell. Not only that, but everyone that comes into the store is so kind. The atmosphere is just overwhelmingly positive.
i would not take my dog there again! I took my tiny dog for grooming and they couldn't do anything except trim his nails due to not having enough staff that particular day. Turns out they tore his nails...or clipped off part of his paw. Of course we had to go to vet and have surgery done!! Needless to say I was very upset! He still has issues with that particular paw but its better than it was. I won't be setting foot back in that store.
