Elke is a wonderful caring groomer. She groomed my pomeranians and my sister's Maltice. She is excellent!!!
Took my 7 year fur baby for the first time ever I was super scared to leave and Omg can I say Jonathan you rock you was amazing with her and she looks amazing! Best Groomer ever is Jonathan
We had our dog Bama vroomed and she was done perfectly a girl named Britt did it. Bama has been prancing around here like she knows shes beautiful. We are very pleased... Last like she was groomed they did a vreat job too...
The fish are always half dead or the tanks are empty. Some of the tanks with fish aren’t even flowing. It’s bad when Walmart has better and more fish. The animals cages haven’t been changed and I had to tell people about some of the gerbils that were bleeding and looked like worms on it.
We went to pet smart and bought fish that was dead this morning . I live at least 45 minutes away. Employees was very rude ...
My dealings have only been with Cheryl Davis, trainer and people working the checkout registers. I will have to say that I very pleased with both...especially Cheryl Davis and her compassion for dogs and their owners. Thank you, Cheryl for always being happy to see us, teach us, and correct us when needed 😳
I give shout outs when they are due! You went over and above today! Great customer service!
