scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog. I had previously brought him in at the hospital to be seen months earlier with no issues. he's not use to being around other dogs and barked a lot while waiting to be groomed. he never attacked anyone. RecommendedI like the staff and the store but the only problem, when I bring my pet to the entrance, the panhandlers that are singing and playing the guitar too loudly and my pet gets even more stressed with anxiety for her grooming appointment. If they could move elsewhere, that would be great. Thanks
Good customer service will prevent reviews like this. There is an Assistant manager, the older lady with blonde hair, that is the rudest person. I’ve had a few instances with her and today was the last. I went in to get crickets and a few cat items. I waited at the crickets for 15 minutes. Not one employee said a word to me. They knew I was there because I pushed the help needed button. Finally one employee said, “I’ll be with you but it’s going to be a while” and hurried off… See more
I took my husky to get groomed they did not groom her the way I wanted as they promised me and they still made me pay the full amount
RecommendedMaggie did an excellent job with our 5 month old Mini Schnauzer’s summer cut. Maggie was patient with our energetic puppy while Bella was learning grooming manners while on the table.
Absolutely unacceptable! Shame on you PetSmart!
Horrible service by grooming staff and manager William, who did not care about the situation at all. Please take your animals elsewhere, there are plenty of other grooming locations in the area.
Stop requiring masks and vaccinations. Make it a choice.Final legal notice. Your patron.
RecommendedSometimes the service is iffy; called to report the site is down and the rep didn't let me finish talking. She was rude.
