My pup passed away after having a procedure done at this petsmart. Within 24 hours. I’m not blaming them as things happen BUT they didn’t even call or email after.I’m sure they know as the emergency vet said they forward records to them. Went to drop my two dogs off today for grooming. One of my dogs got vaccines on Thursday so he was good to go my second dog got vaccines on may 29th of this year. Sometime between grooming appointments they put the dates in the computer wrong and refused to do her even after I showed them proof her vaccines were up to date
UPDATE: I PROVIDED THE PHOTOS IN THE COMMENTS SINCE THEIR BEING ROMVED ON HERE AS WELL Since google review keeps deleting my photos im going to leave this here . I went to the overland park location and they had a WHOLE tank full of dead and living fish most of them dead. And when I told an employee about it he stuck his had in the tank and spread the dead fish around and walked away.
