I just want to let all my friends/or family know...I adopted a pet from petsmart/safe haven animal shelter and she was very sick. I have been trying to contact them since Monday with no luck. My pet was not eating and getting weaker by the day so I took her to the vet where she stayed two nights and has been put on medication in hopes to make her better. Always have what I want and only groomer I'll go to
Just walked out because we couldn't get anyone to help us. I counted 8 employees (most of them teenagers) - all but 1 were standing in aisles together just chatting it up. One person at the registers with a line 3 people deep. Don't waste your time - Petco down the street has much better customer service.
