RecommendedBuck is always happy when I pick him up! They even sent me this Christmas photo! My doggo is also paw sensitive & they are the only people who have no trouble with clipping his nails. I’ve been other places & they all complained of how hard it was & they always leave nails super long still. PetSmart is the only place that I can count on!
They allow other customers to assault another and still allow the man who assaulted a woman of color check out without reprimanding them or calling the cops. Guess they need the money more 🤷🏻♀️

We adopted a kitten today from Swoan and Petsmart in Norman. We entered the store heartbroken from losing our three year old little boy to a surprise illness the day before. We left still heavy hearted, but with hope that our new little kitten would help mend that huge hole Lincoln left in our hearts. Thank you to the Associates for allowing Sothwest Oklahoma Animal Network to come into the Norman PetSmart. The kittens looked healthy and active. The ladies had passion and love for their kittens. I would love to see them come back!
Hi! I’m with Southwest Oklahoma Animal Network (SWOAN) and we took our kittens and cats there for adoption today for our first time. We were welcomed by the Associates and they were very caring. They had the tables and crates already set up for for our the kittens and cats! We got 4 kittens adopted : Ki Ko, Blue, Halloween and Kevin ! We love them and will be back!
You can find all your pet needs. and wants. plus they give back by helping pets in need! proof is our local animal control office just received a lot of supplies! Thank you PetSmart! My pets and I love you!
ZERO stars -Do NOT take your pet to this location .. trust me. We have Been taking our 4 dogs here for 6 years . No more ! Worst part about it is the pet salon manager and store manager didn’t even apologize or offer to do anything to help .. could care less about long time loyal customers .
