What your groomer Haley did to our 14 year old Smuggley was BEYOND HORRIBLE!! Your mangers, veterinarian, entire staff that we spoke to apologized, and paid for the bill. Because it was your groomer (Haley) that caused his ears to bleed,his stomach as well. We followed all the red tape, and asked for the groomer to be removed at least from the grooming department. This is the best Petsmart I have ever been to, and that's in no small part because of Eric. He's so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. And if he doesn't know the answer to a food/diet/nutrition question, then nobody does. A+++
Have taken Merry to the Norman location three times since her Gotcha Day one year ago today. They make a fuss over her and she enjoys the experience. Today being her Gotcha Day she was treated with a visit. The staff decked her out with a Birthday Bandanna (she was found stray so no idea of her real birthday) and all posed for a picture for her Merry and Me Facebook page. Thank you ladies for a job well done.
Best place ever!!! Def. Will keep taking my Puppy there!!!! They helped me in everything I needed and got all the information I asked for! :) Best help I've ever received and I just bought my Puppy 3 days ago so I was completely new to everything and got the questions answered!!
This PetSmart is excellent. Almost always has wonderful adoption cats.
They could do a little better with their customer service. I was there right after the holidays to buy pet food and did not have a pet with me. The woman behind the counter was still handling my transaction when she struck up a conversation with the people behind me who had a dog with them, and she did not even say Thank you or Goodbye to me when I left. Way to treat a longtime customer. I might as well have been invisible.
I'm glad I went to the store in Norman. It's so much better than Moore. I talked to a Vet for quite some time. They eased my fears of coming to a new town. I'm really looking forward to seeing Melody again. She was fabulous not only with my dogs but with me. I can't thank her enough for all her help!
