Appointment was at 1:30pm, went to check on dog at 4 thinking that was plenty of time. I was asked, did I get a phone call saying he was ready? I said, no just figured he would be done by now. He was not. FYI: UNLESS YOU PAY $11 MORE THEY WILL NOT WORK ON YOUR DOG FROM START TO FINISH. THEY DO A LITTLE BIT, PUT THEM IN THE KENNEL, GRAB ANOTHER DOG WORK ON THAT ONE, THEN GO BACK TO YOUR DOG, MY DOG WASN'T READY TILL 6:12 PM. HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR COMBEING AND NAILS FILED
50 bucks for a small bag of rabbit food and small bag of bedding!!!! I went to the feed store and got a 25lb bag of rabbit food and a huge bag of bedding for 25 bucks! R-I-P OFF per smart is!!!!! I will not buy food from pet smart ever again!!!! Your paying for the name.. that is it!!!!
They take great care of Dottie. Cathy is the best.
Have been using petsmart groomers for quite a few years, but, I am done with them they cut my poodle twice and when I ask for a certain cut, they do what they want to. They shaved him so close the other day in between his legs, I had to buy a cone to prevent him from licking, cause it looks infected. The other time they put a gash in his hind leg. It’s a great store! They have a pet pickup station outside. So kind to people and pets inside.
Very unfriendly groomers! I saw one girl that halfway talked to the dog she was grooming. I was worried about my baby just getting a bath. So not pet friendly!! I sure hope my groomer gets well soon. My fur baby is used to friendly, loving people. ��
Stay away from the vet there. A handful of the girls there are really nice, but the business itself only cares about your money. Their "welness plan" does nothing for your animal if you have to bring them there to treat anything. Only to "prevent" illness. It's a huge rip-off with lots of fine print. If you take your pet there in an emergency, they'll rush you out if it's a time sensitive matter, AFTER they stop you and make sure that you pay for your consult first, where they told you to go somewhere else.
