The employees at this store are extra friendly! Wish I could say the same about the D’iberville store.
RecommendedMy sister and I had fun with the PetSmart staff ...They are a awesome and fun group of people! They are also VERY knowledgeable in the fields they work in. Not one time did I ask a question that they didn't have the answer! I highly recommend the PetSmart in Gulfport, MS to anyone with pets!
Lots of products I used for my pets and I also use the grooming salon and Banfield Pet Hospital help keeps my pets groomed, happy and healthy.
One of the pet groomers, Danielle, RUINED my schnauzer today. She was given EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS and deliberately chose to turn a SCHNAUZER cut into a CHIHUAHUA. I have NEVER been so INFURIATED in my life. The cut is so HORRENDOUS that it looks as if Danielle purposefully chose to botch it.
They sent Rosie away two days in a row!!! Without her bath and hair cut. She was 6 minutes late and the groomer said she didn’t see her vaccinations paper work which was clearly in the computer. ����. She has been there twice this year. Every time I bought her they say they can’t find her vaccinations papers you can see her last appointment don’t you? Still mad.
These ass clowns must be so busy they can’t answer the dam phone been calling for an hour I guess petco it is.
This place always makes me happy. Friendly staff and great selections.
