I do not usually leave reviews but I would just like to say that your employee Harley is so amazing! 4 out of my last 6 visits she has helped me and is so knowledgable, caring, and helpful! You can tell she enjoys her job and takes pride in her work! It is always a pleasure to have her help us out & I just wanted to say thank you for a great job and always making our experience enjoyable!
We took our baby to the animal hospital. The staff was awesome!!!
The store overbooked on Labor Day and lost my dog, found him, and then hadn’t even started on his haircut after 3 and a half hours! The manager, Amanda, was very haughty and acted like she could care less. Awful experience!
I went in for dog food and received absolutely no customer service. No one greeted me, not even the two employees standing up front talking. I saw the store leader walking around a few times and even he didn't help anyone. I have been shopping at petco but because of their bad customer service I decided to give petsmart a shot. I was very disappointed. I was their for about 15 min and not one employee acknowledged me and there were only a 4 or 5 other people in the store. Maybe chewy.com is the better option...
Great store, great staff and customer service knowledgeable staff to. I highly recommend the store and the dog training classes.

We brought a puppy with a broke leg on a Saturday to get nothing but an x-ray and pain meds with no splint for $500.00... we were told his leg would have to go so they weren’t gonna bother with a splint... after getting 2 more opinions we are getting a splint and have new found hope for our puppy instead of being over charged and news of him losing a leg !!!! Never going back to this establishment!!!!
Rushed my puppy , Dak, who had a broken leg in and out like he was cattle at a sale barn!!!! Got the paperwork wrong 3 times. Gave us the wrong medicine that belonged to another dog😳. Didn’t even put a splint on his broke leg??? But charged us $500.00 for an X-ray. Thankfully we found a vet to put a splint on his leg
