I just tried to make a grooming appointment for my dog. First time I was gonna use Petsmart. First the lady at petsmart didn't know how much it was, she put me on hold to find out. Ten minutes later it's a different department asking me what I need. I got transferred back to grooming and on hold for another 4 minutes, then she tells me I have to leave my best friend for FOUR HOURS to get a bath and haircut and then still had to look up the price. I've been at Petsmart for 25 minutes waiting on someone to come assist me with the product I've gone to the front three times and ask them for someone to come over here too Isle 9. No one has yet to show up and they paged them to this isle. Is the quality of service at Petsmart that bad or is it just because it's Jackson Mississippi? Just went back up front to have them page the store manager
They should have to be license to groom not just trained how to do it.
These Motherlovers killed my poor Baby Girl. The groomer crushed her larynx and when called they said No. I am going to make a webpage dedicated to all the dogs murdered By Petsmart and a facebook and a twitter, so everyone knows the policy on killing our daughters and sons, yes that is what I see my dogs as. This is picture of her about to start to get groomed. Look leader is so tight on her neck you cant even see it.
I rushed to PetSmart to get my baby some food, it was a little after 9(closing time). The young lady was clearing the parking lot, I asked her if I could run to get Cinnamon some dog food. She with no hesitation said yes I haven't pulled the register yet. I felt bad because I know how it feels to be ready to leave work on time. I ran in & got what I needed, she rang me up & I left!! That was absolutely some GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Got my dog groomed here today! She looks great! Definitely going back!
Don't say you close at 9pm and lock the door at 8:56.
The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.
