Highly Recommended This store is a great store, the employees are very nice and they are long term employees which means there is always a friendly face when I go to the store.
Nice store My dogs and I really like this store. This is one place I can take my "babies" and let them shop too. They have a cool selection of dog toys, beds, clothes, snacks and dogfood. They also carry cat stuff and things for other kinds of pets. I take my dogs here often.
RecommendedTook my pup to be groomed. I had went to another location and was not satisfied for what it paid. BUT I thought they are willing to work my pup in so I have it a shot and GLAD I did. Tasha was wonderful, all her staff were friendly and seemed happy to be at work. The lady who checked me out was so nice in the hotel area. It was great to see a group so happy and at tentative to customers. My dog looked amazing! (This was I 55 location)
Sometimes the service is iffy; called to report the site is down and the rep didn't let me finish talking. She was rude.
Convenient, staff and price. I called with my concerns this morning and they were able to see us today faster than making an appointment for me

A caring and better customer service not only to humans but especially to the pets we love and the animals you sell in the store. Hire people who are caring to animals not just people who may want a job. The job requirement is to show support and care to the animals and pets.
My Dog died 24 hours after being groomed at the Flowood, MS petsmart with a breathing issue she never had before. I would stay far away from Petsmart groomers
