Someone needs to examine this place and I'll be calling animal control of some sort. My dog was here for 3 hours getting groomed and now she is growling, snapping, and just straight afraid of my wife and I. Whatever they are doing here is not healthy for these dogs. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PETSMART.
They put the fuck to my dog then had nerve to ask have I ever thought about giving him up! Never again! The fuckery that took place today is not acceptable! My dog was shaking so bad when I picked him up and his hair all jacked up like the lady who ask to buy him like wtf are y’all doing up there ! Today was a total waste!
I will not be bringing my baby back to this place!!! I dropped him off @12:30pm today.. mind you I stay in Clinton.. they told me to give them atleast 3hrs.. well it is 5:30pm right now and I have yet to hear from anyone.. I called around 4pm and the lady told me that she wasn't done with him right now and that she had put him up for a break and was about to get him back out in a minute!!!� this will be my last time today!!��
I just tried to make a grooming appointment for my dog. First time I was gonna use Petsmart. First the lady at petsmart didn't know how much it was, she put me on hold to find out. Ten minutes later it's a different department asking me what I need. I got transferred back to grooming and on hold for another 4 minutes, then she tells me I have to leave my best friend for FOUR HOURS to get a bath and haircut and then still had to look up the price.
