Will NEVER buy something at petsmart ever again they sold us a sick guinea pig and at the time of purchase they did not tell us it was sick all they told us was if we had any problems we could bring it back and they would take it to the vet. Not even having the guinea pig 1 week and it died. When I called they told me I would have to bring the dead guinea pig into the store to get my money back then proceed to tell me that it was sick at the time of purchase. Please update your hours on google! I have been running some errands and saw online that your store closed at 7 on Sunday. Got to the store at 6:15 just to find out that it closed at 6. Not a happy customer!
We use to find them outstanding, but they really let us down tonight. Milo learned sit and stay today. Not because of petsmart. Because of us. They never called us to tell us the trainer moved so we are getting a refund tomorrow. They however did apologize and offer a refund. But they didn't even ask my fiance why he was there waiting for 30 mins. He finally went up and said "ummmm I'm here for the training class?". Whoever was working tonight should have noticed. We usually get prompt service.
