Lyndsey in grooming was extremely unfriendly, never said hello and didn’t speak to us to even acknowledge us. Then 2 months ago they groomed our 13 year old lab, who has heartworms and has had them for about 2 years, and can’t be treated due to age, but this time they wouldn’t. No exlaination as to why they did 2 months ago, but wouldn’t this time. I wish they would have told us that before we wasted our time in bringing him.
Was extremely unhappy with the way my Maggie was treated in the grooming department. They put just a leash that tightens around her neck and yanked it multiple times when she was nervous to go in. I should have just left right then. But I nervously let her stay. When I came back to get her, she had been there for 3.5 hours. And they had pretty much just started on her at 5. I took granddog to do the Basic Obedience class. She benefited so much. She got more sociable and does behave better. Kenzie did an excellent job as instructor. You can tell she loves her dogs and her job.
