employee Katelyn Mathis was public posting talking about a customer that brought her dog in. She needs to be fired. It is not professional to publicly talk about paying customers.
People here are rude and 2 of the employees think children are "over grown sperm" as they stated and then said my nephew looks like dog shit. If I could I would give no stars considering the managers won't do anything about it. I'm sorry but if two people are representing your company (in the store or even outside) and talking so nasty and rude to people I would get something done about it. I will never bring back my dogs for grooming here. False quotes on bath packages. I called twice to confirm what I wanted, then the next day, when my fiancé took them, they had no record of what needed to be done. My dog was very nervous and trembling, and when I arrived, it seemed there was no effort by the staff to try and comfort her. I am very dissatisfied with Petsmart grooming in Fort Smith. Petco has a much better staff.
