The prices are too high and they are always out of stuff.
I recently adopted a cat from here, magic. my boyfriend and I were nervous at first becasue she was so scared and did nothing but hide for the first day and a half. after we pet her and cuddled up to her, she is no longer hiding and we just love her. I would like to thank PetSmart for pairing us up with magic. we love her already.
I showed up with my sick guinea pig and all they told me was there was nothing they could do for her. We barely had her 2 wks. Its Christmas and my kids are heart broken. When my dad said well i could buy one for the same price of a vet bill the lady at the register actually said Ha, yea you could... she was cold, would not even look at the guinea pig... she said i bet its upper respiratory. She never even glanced at Smore, how could she possibility!!!! Merry freaking Christmas... No way would i shop here ever

Called for a grooming appointment and got in same day. Was a little nervous from reading other reviews. My yorkie looked so cute and had the best grooming received in past 10 years from other area groomers. They did an outstanding job!!!
Made an appt at the grooming salon. Asked to get my pup shaved and bathed. I explained I didn't want my dogs nails cut bc he had just had them grinded and didn't need it. When I got him home I noticed that they didn't shave him evenly, didn't put it on the blade I asked, AND cut his nails. I've wasted 30+$ now and my pup looks horrible and has razor blade nails. Won't be back.
