My dog is there every week for camp and is boarded a few times a year. Everyone is so sweet and attentive to him. He has his favorites which is evident because he has to give loves to them before he goes anywhere. His very favorite is in grooming now and when she sees him and hollers for him, it's over. We use the Merriam Petsmart Day-Camp and our dog loves it. Too bad though that corporate has decided to cut costs and done away with pictures on birthdays and some of the other holidays of the year including X-mas. Always enjoyed those pictures and we've been doing Day-Camp for 4years. Guess the almighty buck is more important than customer satisfaction.
