I only shop here because Petco doesn’t sell my Great Danes food brand, but today I had to stop in for food and I was extremely disappointed in how the store associates walked past the poop in the aisle 3 or 4 times not even bothering to clean it up, a older gentleman walked right into before I could tell him to watch out, as I moved along the store I noticed the older gentleman buying items for his new cat and he was asking for help and the woman helping him were god awful to him and treating him like he was a inconvenience.... read more
Everything is great and the customer service it’s awesom
Our 3 1/2 month old rescue just graduated from obediance class. The class size was small & gave our instructor, Jennifer Wood, time to work with each one of us. And we can not say enough great things about Jennifer. We will be back after the 1st of the year to continue his training.
My experience with Pets Mart was an awesome time and we would recommend the Merriam location to everyone. we give them 5 stars
You need to update the hours. I showed up st 5:45pm on a Sunday and was told they couldn’t cut my dogs’ nails because they close at 6pm. (Even though one of two groomers wasn’t doing anything). The website says they close at 7pm.
Took my puppy Blu in for 1st shampoo and other treatments and we were welcomed with open arms. Also, great support in making sure that I had everything that I needed to bring my new puppy home.
