Awful place. Today was my third attempt to stop by and buy new pet carriers. The first two times during the week they were blocked with product and I couldn't get to them at all. Today they're doing dog training and using that entire Iowa running their dogs back and forth. Guess I'll be going somewhere else
Wish when you have 5 people in line the cashier would call for help. 10 minute wait to buy a dozen crickets in crazy!
We love taking our BUDDY to the Merriam location. We always get great service with the grooming & veterinary departments. Looks great after his cuts & they're always happy & friendly to see Buddy. Buddy doesn't like the veterinarian area, but we appreciate their expertise in the caring of Buddy's health. A job well done by both departments!
They really don't have much for cats 🐱. Sorry to say cause I like the place, but it's a fact 🙁
Been searching for the right words and to let my initial anger subside somewhat... Antioch/merriam ks Pet hotel manager is shallow (nicest way to put it), you hire high school kid, an employee helped the kid because the girl was nervous, even with the little dogs. Then you terminate that same employee, who is an adult who NEEDS the income to pay bills and live. And the reason was so false! 'Uncomfortable with the dogs' is the reason given. So untrue!
