You have to wait to get fish for a long time after about 10 minutes. You go looking for somebody but it takes another 10 minutes to find a rep. When you do they say they will call someone but it takes another 10-15 minutes for the rep to show up. Then you get to the line it’s one person checking out and your in line with 7 people in front of you and if any issues occur. You will be in line another 10-15 minutes

Pretty disappointed to drive to my local Petsmart, hobble to the door on a broken foot, only to discover that the store was closing at 6:00 PM...which it was currently 5:59 PM, and have the employee refuse to allow me in to buy a bag of dog food. Luckily, I discovered that Target carries the same grain free specialty food for less and offers coupons.
