Alex as is any of their employees have always been helpful and friendly. In addition I’ve always gotten great food with the best prices for my babies here
I buy EVERYTHING from petsense They are very helpful
Made an appointment for my dog to be groomed. When I showed up I was told they would not take him because he was too aggressive. Really? Why let me make an appointment? They had already seen him another time. Poor business that lets you make an appointment and show up just to be turned down. I won’t recommend them to anyone.
I'd just like to say that your employees, particularly the young man and woman working today, are fantastic. They'll answer any question and are eager to help, and they clearly care about animals. They were very sweet to my babies, helped me fit both of them into harnesses, answered a bunch of questions I had about treats, helped me find a really great deal on dog food, and helped me carry my stuff to the car. 5 stars for your great employees! :)
They have a wonderful selection of just about anything you could want or need for you pet. Their staff treats customers as well as I have ever seen in an old neighborhood shop. Often I have seen them greet customers by name and welcome them to the shop. The staff are very knowledgeable and are eager to help. More important to me is that , as a cat rescue operation they assist us with adoptions and care for our cats when we aren't there. Gilbert A Heuss Pine Hill Pet Rescue.
We were at an adoption event yesterday and the staff at Petsense were AMAZING! They were very attentive to the two rescue groups that were in attendance and to all of the adoptable animals. We will be back!
I love coming here, I buy my fur babies food here regularly as well as treats and anything we might need. Their always so friendly and helpful, and on top of that they’ve had the best prices, Excellent Clearances as well ! This is our store, if you’ve never been check them out, you’ll be glad you did !
