Puppy Owner I have been looking for a pet store that carries all of the products I use for my puppy. This place is great and packed with affordable items. Having two kids and a puppy is hard on my budget but I am always able to buy what I need at pets plus.
Great store WOW! That is all I can say about this store. Friendly employees and furry animals! lol What else do you need in a pet store? All joking aside, this is a good store that looked clean and well-kept. I will be definitely shopping here.

Please NEVER shop here. This store is disgusting and deserves to be shut down. It has recently moved into a smaller location at Welsh and the Boulevard, and I went in praying for better conditions. I walked back to the reptiles and the first thing I see is a Uromastyx face down, dead in an inch of water. As if that wasn't bad enough, a Uromastyx is a DESERT reptile, so why there was an inch of water at the bottom of the cage is beyond me. The Store to go to Pets Plus is the store to go to for all of your pet's needs. They have everything from new puppies, food, toys, bedding and everything in between! I was very happy with my experience there and would gladly purchase from them in the future.
Five Star Service I think Pets Plus is a great store. I give their customer service 5 stars because of how helpful and caring they were. I also give the product management 5 stars because they had everything I needed and it seemed like all of the shelves were fully stocked. They need more stores like this in Philadelphia.
Pet Lover I have to say, as a pet owner, that I love this store. I was getting an oil change at the Jiffy Lube next door, and while I was waiting I figured I would check out the pet store next door. The change was only supposed to take 15 minutes. Over an hour later, I was still in the store looking at all the cool supplies they had. I ended up buying my dog some treats because they had so many kinds! The staff was super nice also and I had a really great time!
I love this store I love this store. They are always fully stocked and the employees show that they care about animals and are very knowledgeable. I drive all the way from Bensalem because of how great the store is. I don't mind the drive because I know the employees and we have built a great relationship!
