Five Star Service I think Pets Plus is a great store. I give their customer service 5 stars because of how helpful and caring they were. I also give the product management 5 stars because they had everything I needed and it seemed like all of the shelves were fully stocked. They need more stores like this in Philadelphia.

Great store Pets Plus is a great store for all pet related products. I recently bought a lizard from there and they had everything I needed from food to a huge glass tank I could fit him in. Great store and friendly staff equals loyal customer!

Great Customer Service Pets Plus is the most awesome pet store in existence. I recently purchased a few gold fish to add into my 15 gallon tank. It has been about two months now, and I am use to these fish dying off quite quickly, but this time they haven’t. I was really surprised with the good amount of customer service the young lady had while dealing with my requests, and how well-stocked the store was. Cocker Spaniel Was Healthy I recently purchased a dog from Pets Plus and it turned out to be the healthiest animal I have ever owned. My previous dog had just died, and I called around many Pet stores to find out if they had a similar breed to mine, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, a breed that is popular in the UK. I ended up with just a Cocker Spaniel, but its alright because she turned out to be a great investment. I highly recommend this place to anyone, they gave me almost exactly what I needed. Great Experience As a pet lover, visiting Pets Plus was an enjoyable experience for me. The staff on hand was knowledgeable about all things related to pets and their needs. They knew about every animal they carried products for, which is great! I will gladly shop there again in the future and maybe pick up another furry friend.

My tank is CLEAN!! The fish tanks at Pet Plus were so clean. I have a few gold fish at home, and I often find it difficult to keep up with their tank and its maintenance so I decided to pick up some of those “sucker fish,” aptly named by my two kids, because of how they suck on the glass fish tank we have at home. Litter Box Successful My cat uses her litter box so much that sometimes I can’t even keep up with the amount of times that thing needs cleaning. However, when I went to Pets Plus this past week I was enthralled to see that there was such a thing as a “Self Cleaning Litter Box.” God was I in heaven, literally. Customer Review This pet store is a great place to go to for food and supplies for your pets. The brands they carry are great> I always choose Pets Plus brands because they are healthy for my puppy. You can't beat the great prices either. I highly recommend this place.
