Product itself is just ok..nothing unique. Been customer for about 4 years. Helpdesk support was never the best but lately it’s going down every day. Now It’s to the point that they don’t ever answer the emails anymore. So if something is broken it might or might not get fixed. On top of that Billing never respond to the emails either.
