Pretty good hours, was nice not having to pay a ridiculous amount of money for, after normal business, hour care. Caring friendly staff!
I’d like to start by saying that your front desk staff are all amazing and so welcoming. Unfortunately I’m a bit frustrated with your doctors, especially Dr. Singer, for turning a severe upper respiratory infection into a $1600+ ordeal. I brought in my cat Sunshine 3 days in a row for lethargy, loss of appetite, difficulty breathing, and a discharge around the mouth. We had to take our Beagle Gracie to Pet Medic after she all of a sudden started having trouble peeing and was throwing up. We called three vets who said they had no openings but to go to Pet Medic. They detail the prices of anything they recommend doing and ask each time if that is ok. If you have a Dog or Cat who needs urgent care, go to Pet Medic. We got antibiotic and nausea meds. They were so amazing. They are open on Saturdays and Sundays too.
They were very friendly and pretty fast for an urgent care on a Sunday. It was a bit more pricey than my regular vet but worth it for all that they did and being able to get help on a Sunday. My pet started feeling better that night with their help. Highly recommend!
