Most amazing people. Loving and caring. Did not want to do any more than we needed and was very professional. Price was very good considering they had a Vet and other professionals on hand at 2am to service our needs anyway we wanted them to.
Our beagle herniated a disc New Years Day. He couldn't walk and was in so much pain. We took him to the only local place open. They sent us to PetMed. It was more serious than we thought. They were so calming to us in this time of terror. They explained how the procedure would work and all the steps it would take to get him better. To the unfortunate and unknowing pet owner, the illusion of care and compassion will be your first impression of this facility. With that said, be prepared for unnecessary tests, treatments, or medications to heavily pad your bill before you walk out the door. First do no harm doesn't apply to your bank account at Pet Med. I am no stranger to the costs associated with owning a pet, but this is shameful.
Many thanks to the staff (docs, techs, front desk, etc.) at Pet Med. My sister and her 2 dogs were mauled by a pit bull that some irresponsible pet owner allowed to run loose. One of her dogs was injured so badly that he had to be euthanized. My sister and the other dog are hospitalized. The people at PetMed took great care of both dogs and were SO kind to me.
Our dog Buddy had an acute disc rupture the day before Easter. He had emergency surgery. It's been a long road with a grumpy dog but we took him for a walk today. It was all worth it. Thanks for giving me my buddy back.
Thank you for taking such great care of our little cat! Everyone was very friendly and made sure we understood what was happening. Big thanks to Dr Walsh and Dr Wolverton!
